The Lion Makers: A Tale of Arrogance and Fear
On the day of the journey, the friends set out early in the morning. They decided to cross a dense forest on their way to the kingdom, despite knowing the danger of wild animals. Suddenly, they came across the bones of a dead animal lying on the ground. The first learned friend suggested that they should try to bring the animal back to life using their knowledge. The other two friends agreed, and they began their experiment.
After joining the bones together, the second learned friend gave flesh and skin to the bones. They soon discovered that the animal was a huge lion. The fourth friend, who was scared, requested his friends not to bring the lion back to life. However, the three learned friends laughed at him, and instead of heeding his warnings, they proudly announced that they would be able to tame the lion once it was alive.
The third learned friend brought the animal back to life, and the lion saw the three men smiling at him with no hint of fear. The lion roared and pounced on the three men, killing them instantly. The fourth friend, who had climbed up a tall tree, saw everything from a distance and was horrified.
When the lion left, the fourth friend climbed down the tree and went back to his house in the village. He was heartbroken over the loss of his friends, but he also realized that their arrogance and lack of humility had led to their demise. He knew that knowledge without wisdom and humility was dangerous.
After some time, the fourth friend had an idea. He went to the king of his village and told him about his plan to make a lion that would not harm humans. The king was intrigued and asked him to explain his plan.
The fourth friend suggested that they should make a mechanical lion that would move and roar like a real lion but would not harm anyone. The king was impressed with the idea and gave the fourth friend the necessary resources to make the lion.
The fourth friend worked day and night to make the mechanical lion. After many days of hard work, the lion was finally ready. It looked and moved like a real lion, but it was completely harmless. The king was delighted with the invention and rewarded the fourth friend with a lot of wealth and fame.
Word of the mechanical lion soon spread, and people from far and wide came to see it. The fourth friend became very famous and wealthy. He used his wealth to help others and became known for his kindness and generosity.
In the end, the fourth friend realized that true knowledge is not just about acquiring information but also about using that knowledge wisely and for the betterment of others. He learned that humility and wisdom were more important than intelligence, and that knowledge without these qualities could lead to one's downfall.
