True Friends (Deer, Pigeon, and Mouse) Once upon a time, in a big green forest, there lived a deer, a pigeon, and a little mouse. They were very good friends. Every day, they would play together near the pond. They drank water from the pond, ate sweet fruits from the trees, and ran and flew all around the forest. The deer said, “I love our forest home. I love playing with my friends too!” The pigeon cooed happily, “Yes! We are the best friends ever. The Sky is Falling: A Chicken Little Story Once upon a time, there was a little chicken. His name was   Chicken Little . He lived in a small chicken house in a quiet little town. Chicken Little was a very normal chicken. He was not very tall or very short. He was not very fat or very thin. He was not very smart or very silly. He was just a normal chicken. One normal morning, Chicken Little was having breakfast in his kitchen. He loved   toast with butter   and   coffee with cream . He liked to read the news while he ate.
