Flappy was so small that no one could easily see her. She lived quietly inside the soft folds of the king’s royal silk bed sheets. The sheets were smooth, shiny, and very comfortable, just like clouds made of silk. Flappy was a happy little flea. She had a simple life and did not want too much. At night, when the king was fast asleep, Flappy would gently drink a little bit of the king’s blood. She was very careful and polite.
